Gürkan Kayabaşoğlu is Turkey’s Official Fellow (physician with post-specialty training) selected and accepted by the European Association of Facial Plastic Surgery.

There are 7 different surgical techniques discovered, applied and described by Gürkan Kayabaşoğlu and published in medical journals, which are considered to be the world’s most respected scientific journals. He has many Turkish degrees and awards for his scientific studies.
He has over 30 foreign scientific articles and over 20 national scientific articles.
After completing his Ear Nose Throat and Head and Neck Surgery specialization training in 2009, his scientific studies were appreciated, he continued his academic studies at the university and was subsequently awarded the title of Associate Professor in October 2015.
Gürkan Kayabaşoğlu, who closely follows all the innovations and scientific publications on Aesthetic Nose and Facial surgery, receives invitations every year to give lectures at international congresses held in many different countries of the world.
Gürkan Kayabaşoğlu has been a member of the Facial Plastic Surgery Association since 2005 and also serves as a Board Member of the association.
He has been working as an instructor at the Facial Plastic Surgery School since its first year. In this school, 10-15 specialist physicians selected among the applications made every year are given training on Facial Plastic Surgery surgeries (Face Lift, Rhinoplasty, Otoplasty, Skin Tumors, Flaps and Grafts, Eyelid Aesthetics, Chin Tip Aesthetics).
